These Delivery and Return Conditions ("Conditions"); the products offered for sale by KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL, which is operated by KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL with the address https://www.kozzyhome.com; ("Website"). It aims to inform the persons who take action on the Website ("Buyer") in order to receive service from KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL regarding the delivery and return conditions observed in the sale of ”).

With these Terms, on the Website; Site Terms of Use, Distance Sales Agreement, Membership Protocol, KVKK Clarification Text and Cookie Policy (together "Herby Texts") should be considered as a whole.

1. Delivery

1.1. Orders placed during the day are shipped from KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL warehouse to MNG cargo company within 3 working days, except for the other cases that are obligatory for KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL. Orders placed after this hour are delivered to the cargo company together with orders before 13:00 of the following day.

1.2. KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL, as a cargo company, uses only MNG Cargo due to its internal policy.

1.3. KOZZY HOME TEXTILE; It will endeavor to ensure that the Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the Website or to the person/organization at the address indicated, in a packaged and intact condition with the invoice within 7 working days. However, this period may be extended in cases of necessity. In any case, the Buyer, who has not received the Products within 15 days, reserves the right to terminate the Distance Sales Agreement. The product amount in the payments made by the Buyer by credit card is returned to the relevant bank within 14 days after the order is canceled by the Buyer.

1.4. If the products are to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL and/or the courier company that KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL works with cannot be held responsible for the person/organization to be delivered not accepting the delivery. In this case, by taking the necessary action for delivery, KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL and the courier company that Herby works with are deemed to have fulfilled their obligations.

1.5. The Buyer is responsible for checking the Products as soon as he receives them and, when he sees a problem in the Products caused by the cargo, immediately stating that he does not accept the Products and keeping a report to the cargo company official. Otherwise, neither Herby nor the cargo company Herby works with will accept responsibility.

1.6. Herby is obliged to notify the Buyer of the situation if the Products cannot be delivered within the period (30 days, which is the longest period specified in accordance with 1.3) due to force majeure that will prevent material supply or delivery, or due to extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions, interruption of transportation. In this case, the Buyer may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the Products with the equivalent, if any, and/or delay the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the product amount in the payments made by the Buyer by credit card is returned to the relevant bank within 14 days after the order is canceled by the Buyer.

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, even if the product is not damaged. In this case, the Buyer must make a written statement regarding the unjustified delivery.

2.2. For a return, the item you purchased must be undamaged, unused or 'resalable' intact.

2.3. Returns of opened, used and destroyed products are not accepted.

2.4. The product return, which you can do without giving any reason, must be made as the product was delivered to you. In case of any deterioration, opening, breakage, tearing, deficiency in accessories and other conditions in the product or product packaging you have purchased, product returns are not accepted.

2.5. Regardless of when the notification regarding the delivery of the product to you without justification is made within the 7-day period, the Buyer is obliged to have delivered the Products to KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL within the following 7-day period. In this case, KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL is obliged to return the price paid to the relevant bank within 14 days from the return of the Products.

2.6. In such a return, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer according to the market conditions. Unreasonable returns sent with counter payment will not be accepted in this context.

2.7. Products to be returned must be delivered via the cargo companies that KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL works with.

2.8. The products should be placed in a protective package and the label of the shipping company should not be on the product packaging.

2.9. The deformation that will occur in the packaging of the products is among the situations that prevent the product from being resold.

2.10. Returns that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions are strictly not accepted by KOZZY HOME TEKSTİL.
